About the job

Financial planning : budget, strategy, and compliance management

• Business partnering : ensuring net sales landing of channel under responsibility. Working together with key account/group head of channel to ensure net sales landing

• Ensuring sufficiency & compliance of trade spend accrual

• Ensuring alignment of strategy with execution

Analysis : turns number into strategy and define clear action plan

• Contribute in monthly/quarterly/yearly budget preparation for all channel of Danone Indonesia

• Working together with strategy & sales team to ensure the deliverables of net sales with a safe and sound internal commercial process.

• Managing risk and opportunities for all channel in Danone indonesia

• Defining corrective actions needed from budget management point of view

Compliance

• Ensuring compliance of commercial internal process starting from planning until recording

• Managing internal and external auditor

• Influencing Skills (challenge the status quo, ability to influence business partner, strong negotiation skills)

• Analytical skills (strong accounting/numbers/control background)
